Aesthetics and English Week
Aesthetics and English Week is an annual event that celebrates creativity while nurturing values that truly matter. This year's focus on empathy and care — for others, the environment, and ourselves — provided a meaningful opportunity for the school community to pause, reflect, and reconnect through the Arts and the English Language.
Throughout the week, students engaged in a range of fun and meaningful activities. Storytelling sessions, puppet shows, and arts experiences encouraged them to consider diverse perspectives and reflect on how their words and actions impact others.
A key highlight was the Creative Arts Competition, which showcased thoughtful and heartfelt stories and artworks centred on care and empathy. These entries demonstrated not only creativity but also a growing awareness of the importance of making a positive difference.
The week concluded on a joyful note with Storybook Character Day, where students shared how their chosen characters inspire kindness and empathy. Aesthetics and English Week serves as a reminder of the compassionate individuals we hope our students will become. We are grateful for the strong support of our parents, whose presence added warmth and reinforced these shared values.
